Riley Receives Special Award From Quality Society
Tom Riley quality planning supervisor at Dale Electronics Wire Wound Division was honored by the American Society of Quality Content at Ellis Country Club. He led monthly technical sessions for the Nebraska State Section over two years using materials from the State University of Iowa. National Director Sam Grassa praised the program to raise quality consciousness among machine workers who spread it to their companies. The surprise award event, a special ladies night, was arranged by Lawrence Svoboda and chaired by Eldon Henneger of Lincoln. The national society lists over 20 000 members. the Nebraska Section has 1 member, with 2 from manufacturing firms to Columbus.
