Sex scandal claims hit Rep John Young’s office
Washington United Press International reports Rep. John Young refuses to confirm or deny pay for sex allegations from former staffer Colleen Gardner. He says he may go to the House Ethics Committee and potentially the federal grand jury, arguing payroll padding and misused public funds are at issue. Gardner left a $25,800 annual secretarial post alleging coercion and minimal work.
