Albion man Steve Bittner, 19, was charged with three counts of arson in Boone County Court in connection with an explosion and fire at the Carhar Foreman Lumber and Grain Co. elevator. Two men were hospitalized with burns. Bittner was released on $1,000 bond after a preliminary hearing was scheduled.

Welfare irregularities total at least eighty eight thousand

Hijacked National Airlines DC8 Bound for Havana
