Rebels Cut Cambodia’s Last Land Link In Ambush
Communist led rebels ambushed a train near the Cambodia Thailand frontier severing the final land route to the outside world. Military sources said 71 were killed or wounded as rioting and looting erupted in two provincial capitals amid shortages of food fuel and goods.
