Gloria Swanson agrees to 35 percent tax settlement
Gloria Swanson 77 agrees to pay 5007.13 dollars to settle income tax deficiencies from 1969 and 1970 after IRS claimed 14447.27 dollars. Swanson’s lawyer says the settlement was to address alleged discrimination against single taxpayers. The judge in U S Tax Court accepted the deal.
