Thunderstorms and scattered showers sweep Nebraska state
The Weather Service reports heavy thunderstorms in central and northeastern Nebraska with isolated showers possible in the west and east through early tonight. A severe thunderstorm warning existed for Boone County and parts of Wheeler and Greeley counties as rainfall ranged up to .38 inch near North Platte. Overnight lows ranged from 55 to 74, with Thursday forecast for partly cloudy skies and highs in the mid 80s to low 90s.
