Photo license bill clears first hurdle in Nebraska Senate
In Lincoln, a bill to require color photographs on driver licenses won 26 to 13 preliminary approval. LB90 would add $1 to the $6 four year license fee to cover photo costs, with $78,000 to counties, $118,000 to the driver education fund and $118,000 to the general fund, funded by bids from three companies.
