County lawsuits dismissed over alleged road defect
Two $100,000 and two $190,000 suits against Bosque County were dismissed by District Judge Byron McClellan in Meridian for failure to give proper notice of intent to sue. The injured parties had claimed county negligence and hidden roadway hazards.
