Dahl Memorial Park maintenance sparks city trust concern
Attorneys for heirs of Hendrick C. Dahl urge Clifton to explain deteriorating Dahl Memorial Park despite a $30,000 gift. They warn that poor upkeep could have jeopardized the donation and stress better city care of municipal gifts. The letter cites tax and trust implications and appeals to civic responsibility.
