Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home Ends Medicare Participation
The Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home in Clifton Texas will discontinue participation in the Medicare program effective September 1, 1972. Only two residents were certified for Medicare after admission since September 1970, prompting the board to terminate the agreement with the Secretary of Health Education and Welfare. The home will continue to provide high standards of care and serve those in need to the best of its ability. Elmer F. Luckenbach administrator.
