Clifton Prepares For Biggest Fair And Rodeo Start
Clifton braces for its 41st Central Texas Fair and 22nd annual Rodeo with three weeks to opening day Thursday August 31. Jim Jones of the Chamber announces the exhibitors breakfast 6:30 to 8:00 a.m. August 31 at Clifton City Hall dining hall to kick off the event. A downtown parade at 6 p.m. will feature high school bands riding clubs and floats from organizations and sponsors. The Chamber will award parade band prizes in two divisions.
