Bosque County Judgeship filled on interim basis
Bosque County Commissioners Court appointed C. K. Ward Jr. of Meridian as interim county judge from Aug 1 through the November general election. Ward, who will resign as Meridian mayor to take the post, was chosen over attorney G. D. Salis-oach after hours of discussion on whether an attorney is required.
