Three Clare Lads Hurt When Car Overturns on US 827
Three Clare boys were taken to Clare General Hospital after a car driven by 16 year old George Puleifer of Clare overturned north of the city on US 827. Puleifer injured neck. Phillip Van Every 15 sustained an injured foot. Richard Graham 15 suffered a chest injury. All were treated and released. Car damage estimated at 100 dollars. A separate incident near US-27 involved a collision between Donald Colmus 29 and Cecil Matthews 58. Colmus passed as Matthews turned left. Colmus car damage about 1650. Matthews vehicle undamaged.
