Return of Preston Johnsons from Canadian trip
Mr and Mrs Preston Johnson returned last week from a trip through Canada via Niagara Falls. Their son and daughter in law Mr and Mrs C B Christian of South Haven accompanied them. The Isabellans noted fuel shortages in the northern neighbor bins with unheated hotel rooms as nights grow cool. Traffic on Canadian roads is light for the season, allowing a leisurely look at farming operations including tobacco harvest and drying sheds. A Sunday drive drew crowds to local town and country churches.
