Two Guilty On Forgery Charges In Clare County Court
Russell Jennings 28 of Winn Michigan received 1 to 14 years for forgery after being found guilty. Mahlon Reed 44 of Toledo Ohio got two years probation and restitution and must stay out of Clare County. A separate case ended in acquittal on statutory rape after a jury vote.

Stolen Checks Recovered From 12 Year Old
A twelve year old boy stole and hid a bag of checks, later recovered by Farmers Service Station after police traced the youngster from a call by Earl Cradit.
