Halloween Window Art Contest Promises 72 Dollar Prize Pool
Clare Civitan club announces a Halloween window art competition for Clare Public Schools and St. Cecilia's School students from grades 1 through 12. Four divisions offer three prizes each totaling 72 dollars, with prizes of 10 5 and 3 dollars. Entries must depict Halloween themed scenes on standard paper using students own water colors or safe cake colorings.
