Clarabella's Christmas Workshop Hosts Evening Fun
Mrs. Cyriel Belle welcomed guests for Clarabella's Christmas workshop on Thursday November 16 with co host Mrs. William Wood. Dorsey Mussell demonstrated Christmas bows and instruct the group in making them. Robert Lemp showed how to cover styrofoam balls with swist raw ribbon. A deer head made of pellon or white felt decorated with greens and ornaments was displayed. Additional workshops have been held at Mrs. Marvin Sartor's home. The December meeting will be the Clarabella's Christmas party at Mrs. Robert Lemp's home.

Young People Collect For Muscular Dystrophy Drive
On Sunday November 26 members of the Methodist Youth Fellowship organized a Muscular Dystrophy Drive in Clare. Logan Brooks Mary Stirling Jim Whit ford Debbie Greer Dennis Marr Lynn Greer Angela Seiter Gordon Palmer Julie Mahon Rosemary Palmer Sylvia Brooks Marsha Milholin Helen Dixon Marlene Milholin Rebecca Raleigh and Mark Raleigh collected donations totaling 120 with some pledges outstanding. Canisters were placed in local stores and contributions can be sent to Mary Stirling Route 3 Clare. Helpers from Clare Church of the Nazarene assisted the youth group.
