Miss Ethyl Coulter, passenger in a car driven by cousin Miss Hanice Coulter, was hospitalized after a two car crash at Fifth and McEwan streets. A beer truck driven by Albert Sweikhart of Ludington sustained minor damage. X rays showed a broken rib and bruises to the hip and leg. she was removed to her East State Street home by Friz ambulance.

Hatton Township Farmer Loses Twelve Cows to Poison

Surrey Township Man Killed in Truck Accident
Albert Funke aged 50 years and 6 months died Tuesday afternoon after a loaded truck backed and ran him over on state trunkline M-66. He was taken to Reed City hospital by ambulance but died en route.
