Plans are completed for a series of dairy alfalfa meetings for Clare County farmers. MSU extension specialists and local farmers will discuss dairy improvement, alfalfa, and sweet clover growing at farms across the county. Meetings start Monday November 12 with sessions at Simon Vanderwood Winterfield, Chas Wheelers Redding, and Hol Bruce Green Wood, followed by events November 13 14 and 16 at various townships and halls.

Forebears pioneers at Farwell, they live on a homestead with twelve living children, twenty eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
