Roy Cimmerer became owner of Clare's oldest drug store by purchasing the Wright Drug Store from Mrs. A R Mussell. A Clare native and registered pharmacist, he previously worked in Mt Pleasant and invites continued patronage with an emphasis on service accuracy and courtesy. Mr and Mrs Wright will stay in Clare until their daughter Carmen graduates next month.

Local Men Escaped Injury After Crash Near Shepherd
On a trip to Lansinghire for Clare County tourist maps, L. BE. Davy and Rev. A. Dawe of the city and Jessé Allen of Harrison escaped injury when Davy's car was sideswiped by a truck two miles west of Shepherd. The vehicle suffered extensive damage.
