Probate Court in Clare County Michigan orders a time and place to receive and adjust all claims against the estate of John Robert Brows deceased. The June 17 1947 session before Judge George Bates directs creditors to present their claims within the set period.
The Probate Office notifies all claimants to present demands against the deceased by August 18, 1947 at 10:00 a.m. A public notice will run weekly for three weeks in the Clare Sentinel. Judge George Bates orders examination and adjustment of all claims. A true copy references 3814.
Court orders all creditors of Fernando Perkins to present their claims at the Probate Office by August 18 1947 at 11 oclock. A copy of the order must be published weekly for three weeks. George Bates Judge of Probate presiding.
