Clare Public Schools Faces Space Crunch and Budget Tightening
The 1964 65 year proved financially tougher than 1963 64 with inadequate per pupil spending and delayed maintenance. A modest cash balance and state aid relief improve prospects for 1965 68 though backlog of needs remains. Class sizes threaten capacity and planning for new classrooms should start now to save costs. Board meetings are open to the public at 8 00 p.m. on the second Monday.
