Milk Poisoning Hits Coleman LDS Camp Meeting
Milk served at breakfast to about two hundred fifty attendees caused illness in about forty people, mostly children, at the Coleman Latter Day Saints camp meeting. Dr. Sanford and assistants treated the patients. no fatalities occurred. Milk had been brought in the previous evening and stored in an ice box.

Boy Falls From Horse Injures Reginald House
Reginald House twelve, son of Mr and Mrs George House, residing four and a half miles south of Clare, fell from a horse when the saddle slipped. He was dragged some distance, suffered a head wound and a bruised arm, and lay unconscious but with no broken bones.

Death Calls Mrs. Orin Smith While Visiting Canada
Mrs. Fredericka Stoll Smith died in Wal laceburg Ontario during a vacation with her husband at the home of Mrs. George McCreary. Born August 10 1869 in Jackson Michigan she lived in Clare since childhood. She leaves husband Orin three daughters Florence Town Edith Conklin and Doris Teale two sisters and four brothers. Funeral held at the Methodist church conducted by Rev BE Smith with interment in Cherry Grove cemetery.

Hundred Fifty One Gather for Robinett Reunion
Descendants of the Robinett family held the 13th annual reunion at Alwoods Grove on August 14 with 151 attendees. Eldest was 82 year old Rileigu Harger of Hamilton Indiana, youngest a two month old baby. Eleven new births were recorded, one death noted, and officers retained. Distance guests came from Ohio Indiana Michigan and Port Huron.

Aerial photos taken last week show the site of the Northwoods Outing Club in section 19 Hamilton township. Capitol Land Corporation of Detroit owns the land and plans improvements including a landing field for airplanes to be completed early next spring. The area is timbered with several lakes stocked with fish and Dodge City, once a 600 population village on Dodge Lake during the pine era, was destroyed by fire and mostly absorbed by forest.
