Fatal dive kills 19 year old at Arnold Lake

Death of Adam Reger at Saginaw General Hospital
Adam Reger died after a short illness on July 27 at Saginaw General Hospital. Born September 12, 1888 in Whittenburg Germany, he moved to Sheridan township as a child. He married Livinia Rulapaugh in 1910 and lived on a farm east of Eagle for 42 years. Survived by his wife, 11 children, 20 grandchildren, and a great grandchild, with many friends attending the service at Thurstons Funeral Home on July 31. Funeral placed at Cherry Grove Cemetery beside three of his sons.
