Clayton M Jones died Tuesday morning August 1 1933 after months of ill health. Born May 13 1862 in Dewitt Michigan he moved to Clare about 1913 purchasing Clare City Mills. He married Mabel Dixon in 1893. she died 1922. Survived by wife Goldie Walton sister Lois Fasbinder and son Clyde predeceased. Burial in Carson City August 8 with funeral at Clare Methodist Church.
