Sidney Court died at Royal Oak April 19 1937 at age 93 years 7 months 238 days. Born in Somerset England August 27 1843 he came to America at thirteen. He married Phylura Sage in 1865 who preceded him in death 28 years. Nine children survived with many grandchildren great grandchildren and relatives. Zelésket of Isabella county faced Justice Kyle McKinnon after a Saturday night crash on 4th and McEwan streets. He pled guilty to reckless driving with a revoked permit and received a 25 dollar fine and 60 days in Harrison jail, plus 30 more days if unpaid. Raymond Smith, also Isabella county, pled guilty to leaving the scene. he was fined five dollars with costs and had the sentence suspended. A minor was released without charges. James Dalton of Vernon township was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault and battery. he pled guilty and was to spend thirty.
