State Selective Service Halts May Inductions

Four adults are charged in Isabella County with immoral conduct as authorities pursue juvenile delinquency solutions. Abraham Kahgegab of R-4 Clare was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty before Justice Dunlop on April 6 and chose 30 days in the county jail. Richard Ellis Laughlin of Lansing was cited for reckless driving, pled guilty, and fined $40 in Clare Municipal Court on April 6.
