Geo Stanford president and Mrs Leah Gardon secretary treasurer. He married Minnie Norman June 12 1878 and migrated to Michigan September 12 1879 settling on a farm later moved to Clare. Funeral held at Congregational church with Rev Albert Dawe. Burial in Cherry Grove alongside family. Relatives traveled from Detroit Marion Cedar Lake Midland Mt Pleasant for services.
