George J. Pitts, a Schenectady hotel proprietor, was arrested on charges of offering $100 to Frank J. Reger to secure acquittal as a juror in the Hartford Fung Chung murder trial. Reger is among 125 men on the prospective juror panel for tomorrow's trial.
