Warns Against Destroying Soil Under Triple A Program

Teton county farmers under the 1941 Triple A program were urged by Chairman W H Wellenstein to avoid destroying perennial grasses or legumes planted to offset flax. Destroying these soil conserving crops in 1942 could reduce Triple A payments and, if inspections find destruction, the flax acreage would be added to 1941 soil depleting land.
