A Civic Center for the Chateau Grade School Building
A reader suggests preserving the old Chateau grade school as a Civic Center. Potential uses include a bowling alley, game rooms, teen clubs, dancing, adult education, a gym, theater, art gallery, scouts rooms, and library space. City ownership or a chamber staffed operation could sustain maintenance and taxes.
