Resettlement Office May Move to Fairfield
Fairfield may host the federal resettlement office moving from Great Falls to the Schoen- sige building near the post office. A. L. Johnson says relocation reduces travel and concentrates operations at Fairfield, with six staffers and two secretaries. If approved, a large building program will follow, housing about 150 new families and spurring farm construction.
