The Farm Credit Administration will deploy 200 million dollars via the Reconstruction Finance Corporation to refinance debt, provide working capital, and redeem foreclosed farms, with loans up to 75 percent of value and 5 percent interest for three years followed by amortizing payments. Local agents in Spokane, Pendroy, Collins, and Great Falls coordinate loans.
