Disabled Vets May Obtain Medical Care
The Montana Veterans Welfare Commission informs Teton county veterans with service incurred disabilities recognized by the VA that outpatient treatment is available. Veterans may have their chosen doctor apply to the VA for authorization. Emergency hospitalization outside VA facilities is possible if delaying care would jeopardize health or life, with prior or within 72 hours post admission authorization. Nonservice incurred disabilities receive no VA outpatient or hospital authorization. For help contact Albert Lester, service officer, Rocky Mountain building, Great Falls.
