County commissioners post notices in irrigated areas warning ditch owners to stop water overflow into highways or nearby properties under a law I punishable by up to one hundred dollars. They warn of prosecution for violations and urge reasonable allowances for temporary overflows due to irrigation debris.

The Board of County Commissioners of Teton County Montana has prepared its preliminary budget for the current fiscal year and placed it on file in the County Clerk and Recorder's office. A public hearing will be held August 7, 1935 at 10 a.m. at the courthouse to fix the final budget and make appropriations, allowing taxpayers to be heard.
Teton county Montana has acquired title to Lots 19 to 24 in block 28 Fairfield and improvements. Auction at the courthouse steps in Choteau on August 10 1935 at 2 pm with minimum bid 2000 dollars. Terms require 20 percent down and balance in two years at 4 percent interest. Upon contract fulfillment a Quit Claim Deed will be issued.
