Forecasts expect 105 later in summer, with retail trade improving and crop prospects aiding local gains in Teton county. Yet capital goods and nonresidential building show weakness, hinting at a fall downturn without subsidies. Higher taxes and political year uncertainty temper optimism as deficits loom.
