Woman's Club Lectures on Pottery Exhibit by National Arts Chair
Miss Ruby A. Miller chaired the program as the Chateau Woman's Club met at Mrs. George Coffey's home. She spoke on pottery and presented a nationwide exhibit from leading potteries, tracing pottery’s origins, evolution, and global history, with pieces from Newcomb College, New Orleans and others. The meeting drew a large crowd despite cold weather and a February 4 follow up at Mrs. Phil S. Cole's.
