Higginses Honored At Surprise Garden Housewarming
Mr. and Mrs. George Higgins were surprised at a Tuesday night housewarming with a garden theme. Guests gave small garden gifts and two cakes decorated as window boxes. Selstad Seeks State Representative Seat in Montana
Tom Selstad, owner of Selstad Soil Service in Great Falls, filed Friday as Republican candidate for state representative. Born in Dutton, he graduated from Montana State University in 1949 with a education degree, taught and coached at Fairfield where his basketball team won the school's first Class B state championship, and moved to Great Falls in 1954.
