Linn District Court Dismisses Assault Charge Against Voelker
In Linn District Court March 27, Lee E. Voelker 43 of Route 2 Cedar Rapids faced assault charges but the case was dismissed after the complainant chose not to pursue prosecution. Also reported, 15 individuals charged with drunk driving received judgments including Jeffery Schulte 20 and Claire Bergstad 28 with varied jail terms, fines, and probation.
