Psycho II Review Echoes Hitchcock in Sequel Return
New York critique notes Norman Bates returns after 22 years and encounters Hitchcockian echoes at the Bates Motel. Anthony Perkins leads with Vera Miles and Meg Tilly in a self aware continuation directed by Richard Franklin and written by Tom Holland. The reviewer calls it a knowingly second rate but entertaining spin on the original.
