Man charged with false use of lost credit card
A 23-year-old man, Wilbur D. Rupp, was arrested in Cedar Rapids and charged with false use of a financial instrument after using a lost Visa card belonging to Stephen Kline of California. About $300 in merchandise were bought before the card was abandoned in an Iowa City store.
