Refund forms policy clarified at Walgreens store
Walgreen stores now display refund forms at the point of sale and do not require prior purchase to obtain them. A new store policy, as stated by manager Lemeul Duran, allows customers to request forms even if they did not buy the item, with a refund hot line at corporate headquarters to locate missing forms. Violet Raaber of consumer relations emphasizes customer satisfaction across 800 stores. Linda Conlon of Albany shares a big savings example using multiple coupons and a Beech-Nut promo, highlighting the week’s Super Saver.
