The full employment Bill then is ultimately based upon the conviction that labor and management can democratically work together in peace As they have in War. By their Point efforts it is logically expected that they can produce a far greater degree of Security than existed in the past. No governmental Agency however can attain this goal unless it is supported by the United strength of All the functional groups of society. For that reason this Bill provides for an advisory Council made up of business labor agriculture and the Public.
