The Catholic Lending library in Chancery hall Cincinnati celebrates 15 years of operation and more than 1 200 converts instructed since opening. From 400 books and 200 members at start to 4 000 plus volumes and 1 300 members today the library hosts information classes and private instructions for those exploring Catholic faith.

Glenmary Father Urban Martin Buried in Solemn Mass

Archbishop Karl Alter presided at a Requiem Mass in St Stephen’s Church for Glenmary Missioner Father Urban Paul Martin who was killed in an August automo bile crash in Appalachia Virginia. The 26 year old priest, two months ordained, was buried at Glenmary seminary cemetery in Glendale. Father Anthony Krippner also memorialized in Chicago. the 39 year old Jesuit died of a heart attack while serving as assistant pastor at St Ludmilla.
