Poster urges help your safety patrol to cut school traffic deaths
The Hoosier Motor Club promotes a new safety poster urging schoolchildren in Indianapolis and across Indiana to follow patrol guidance. Since 1922 the program has halved the traffic death rate for school kids, while overall deaths rose for other groups. The poster, designed by David Bell of Louisville, KY, won a national contest and will be distributed by AAA clubs.
