Indiana to intensify voluntary vehicle safety inspection in May
Indiana will run the nation’s most intensive voluntary vehicle inspection program this May. State Traffic Safety Director Albert E. Huber says 160 communities will host inspection lanes with ten checkpoints including lights tires brakes and horn. The effort, supported by police sheriffs and auto dealers, aims to inspect about a million vehicles and reduce defects used endanger drivers.
