Doctor Hurt When Milk Truck Hits Car Near Maxwell
Dr. William R. Oldham, a Greenfield veterinarian, was injured when a Sheridan Milk Co milk truck struck his 1957 station wagon at a county road intersection northwest of Maxwell. Harman Carson of Noblesville drove the truck. Oldham suffered a head injury while Carson had minor chest injuries. Oldham’s car was a total loss valued around $4,000. vehicle damage was about $7,650.

Donald Lee Revolt 23 of Carthage was fined 1 and costs for reckless driving after his 1955 auto ran off the Mays Carthage road five miles east of Carthage at 4 a.m. Sunday. The car damaged a fence on J W McDaniel farm for 35 dollars and Revolt’s auto for about 400 dollars. Passenger Donald Gribbons 19 sustained cuts to his arm. Investigated by the county sheriff’s department.

Arthur J. Roberts of Morristown Hancock County died at 10 15 p m Sunday after a heart attack. He was 69 years old.
