Postlude of club meetings and social events in Knightstown
The Young Peoples class hosted by Rev C V McMillan of Fletcher Methodist held a March social at the Hunt home with a St Patrick decor theme and prize shooting won by Mrs Ralph McClarnon and Ralph Pearson. Various church members and guests attended. A cooperative birthday dinner honored Mrs McCarty and friends. The Women’s Literary Circle plans a March 25 pot luck at Mrs Claude Sipe’s, with a program including Miss Mattie Clark and Mesdames Kenworthy Newlin. Several Sunday dinners and meetings across Knightstown communities are recorded, including sorority and class gatherings and numerous guest lists from area families.
