A condensed reminiscence from Grace Library by Alice Sorensen via Winona Lowe recounts joining in July 1958 at age 58, serving as librarian for a decade. Grace Library highlights and community notices
The Grace library history recalls the first board led by Mrs Don Peterson with me as librarian in 1955 at the Farm Loan Building. By 1965 the collection surpassed 6000 items with federal funds enabling new books and extended staff efforts. Community notices celebrate visiting guests, local families, LDS events, and a note on the Interstate highway system savings.
