The claim that Carl Harris was among three Ohioans killed in last week’s Florida Keys hurricane has been denied. Harris, brother of Myrtle Perkins of N. Vance Street, has been confirmed alive by a telegram from him and from the government. He was a second cook at Camp One, Islamorada, later moved to Camp Foster in Jacksonville.
